DMCA Copyright Policy

DamnTrailers LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512), we respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices.

Designated Copyright Agent

Filing a Takedown Notice

To report copyright infringement, send a written notice containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of the authorized copyright owner representative)
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on DamnTrailers
4. Your contact information (address, phone, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Warning: Knowingly submitting a false takedown notice may result in liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake, you may file a counter-notification with our agent including: your signature, identification of the removed content, a good faith statement that the removal was in error, your contact information, and consent to federal court jurisdiction in Missouri. Valid counter-notifications result in content restoration within 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who receive two or more valid DMCA takedown notices may have their accounts permanently terminated.

By uploading photos or other content to DamnTrailers, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to that content and grant DamnTrailers LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it for platform purposes.
