Create an account, complete identity verification, then click "List Your Trailer" from your dashboard. The process takes about 10 minutes.
How does payment work?
Renters pay securely through the platform at booking. Owners receive payouts via Stripe Connect within 1–2 business days after the rental starts.
What if the trailer is damaged?
Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear. Document the trailer condition at pickup and return. Contact us at disputes@damntrailers.com for claims.
Is my identity information safe?
Identity verification is handled by Stripe Identity — a bank-grade verification service. We never store your ID documents directly.
How do I cancel a booking?
Cancellation policies vary by owner and are displayed on each listing. Contact the owner through in-app messaging, or reach out to us if you need assistance.
